Introducing Invopop’s new pricing
On July 30, 2026, we introduced a new pricing structure for Invopop. This post explains what is changing, whether it affects you, and what to expect during the transition.
TL;DR
Our new self-serve pricing is now available. It includes:
- More granular and affordable Pop tiers.
- Pro as a €500/month add-on, independent of your Pop allowance.
- One country app included, with each additional country app costing €300/month.
- Monthly Pop consumption for each Party registered in a country or network—typically 100 Pops per registration. This also applies to existing registrations.
If you are on a Dev or Pro plan, here is how the transition will work:
- We will honour your current plan, including your existing Pro or support status and any paid apps already enabled.
- You will only move to the new pricing structure if you enable a new paid app or change your Pop tier.
- Registered Parties will consume monthly Pops for everyone. If you have several active registrations, you may need to move to a higher Pop tier.
- Through September 14, exceeding your monthly Pop allowance will only trigger a notification. You will not be charged or prevented from using Invopop.
- From September 15, once you reach your Pop limit, you will not be able to trigger additional actions that consume Pops until your allowance renews or you upgrade your plan.
If you are on an Enterprise plan, your agreed pricing will remain unchanged. Your existing apps will remain enabled, but any additional apps will need to be activated by your Account Manager or Account Executive.
Why we’re making this change
We introduced Pop-based pricing a year ago to create a simple way of measuring the value we deliver. As Invopop has grown, we have learned that the value we provide goes far beyond the number of documents processed. Today, we help customers:
- Programmatically onboard and manage thousands of merchants or legal entities.
- Expand into new countries through a single integration.
- Connect Invopop to the billing systems and ERPs where their invoices already live.
- Access different levels of support depending on the complexity of their implementation.
Our new pricing reflects these dimensions more accurately. Registered Parties will consume Pops each month, additional country apps and higher support levels will carry a monthly fee, and connector apps will be available through self-service.
At the same time, we are reducing the cost of Pops across every tier and introducing more plan options, giving teams greater flexibility and control.
These changes position Invopop to serve a broad range of companies—from individual developers building their first integration to global teams managing complex international operations.
What’s changing
1) More granular and affordable Pop tiers
We are updating our Pop tiers to make them more flexible and accessible:
- Pops will be cheaper across every tier.
- A new free tier will include 200 Pops per month.
- Three new intermediate tiers will make it easier to match your subscription to your actual usage.
2) Pro features will be separate from Pop usage
Until now, accessing Pro features—such as direct support through private channels, multiple users, and removing Invopop branding from PDFs and emails—required a Pro subscription that included at least 20,000 Pops.
Under the new pricing, your Pop allowance and Pro features will be separate subscriptions. You will be able to select the Pop tier that matches your usage and add Pro for €500 per month.
3) Registered Parties will consume Pops each month
A Party registered in a country or network will now consume a set number of Pops each month—typically 100. We refer to each of these registrations as a registration seat.
For example, registering 10 Parties on Peppol represents 10 Peppol registration seats and consumes a total of 1,000 Pops per month.
For new registrations, Pops will be deducted when you register the Party and again on the monthly anniversary of that registration. If you register a Party on July 12, for example, its Pops will be deducted immediately and then again on the 12th of each subsequent month.
Existing registrations will also consume Pops, with deductions beginning on their first monthly registration anniversary after July 30.
You can unregister Parties you no longer use at any time to prevent further consumption.
4) Your first country app is included
Your first country app will continue to be included in your subscription. Each additional country app will cost €300 per month.
For example, if you only use the Spain app, you will not pay an additional country fee. If you subsequently add Portugal, the Portugal app will cost €300 per month.
The country-app fee is separate from the Pops consumed by individual Party registrations.
5) Paid connector apps will become self-service
Connector apps such as Chargebee, Stripe, and NetSuite were previously available only by contacting our sales team. Under the new pricing, Dev and Pro customers will be able to subscribe to these apps directly through the Invopop Console for a fixed monthly price.
At a glance
The following changes apply to our self-serve Dev and Pro plans:

For existing Dev and Pro customers
If you subscribed to a Dev or Pro plan before July 30, 2026, you can remain on your current plan:
- Existing Pro customers will retain their current Pro features, including chat support and multiple users.
- Any paid apps already enabled will remain available at no additional cost while you remain on your current plan.
- If you enable a new paid app or change your Pop tier, your subscription will move to the new pricing structure.
- Registered Parties will consume monthly Pops under both existing and new plans. If you have several active registrations, you may need to move to a higher Pop tier.
How the transition will work
From July 30,
- The new pricing tiers are available.
- Registered Parties begin consuming Pops each month.
- Previously enabled paid apps remain available at no additional cost for customers staying on an existing Dev or Pro plan.
- Adding a new paid app or changing your Pop tier will move your subscription to the new pricing structure.
Through September 14, you will receive notifications if your usage exceeds your monthly Pop allowance, but you will not be charged for the excess usage or prevented from using Invopop.
This transition period gives you time to review your usage, unregister inactive Parties, and select the most appropriate plan.
For existing Enterprise customers
If you are on an Enterprise plan, your agreed pricing and terms will remain unchanged.
Your existing apps will remain enabled. From now on, any additional country or connector apps will need to be activated by your Invopop Account Manager or Account Executive. Please contact them if you would like to add or remove an app.
From September 15
Once you reach your monthly Pop allowance, you will no longer be able to trigger actions that consume Pops. You can resume those actions by upgrading your plan or waiting for your allowance to renew in the next billing cycle.
