The cost of Invopop depends on the number of documents you save in a given month. Additionally, sending invoices to a tax authority (e-invoicing) has an extra cost per document.
Invopop stores information in documents. One type of document is an invoice. However, creating other types of documents like credit notes or contacts will also add to your monthly document count.
No, you need a Pro or Enterprise plan to issue e-invoices. Sending e-invoices to tax authorities has a cost for us and is risky, since we are dealing with fiscally-binding documents, so we need a payment method. You can use the free plan if you just need PDF invoices or want to test Invopop before moving to the Pro plan.
We bill monthly, based on the number of documents you saved during that month plus any extra costs you consumed, like generating e-invoices. Your document count will reset from month to month. The contract is monthly and you can cancel anytime you want.
